The Wow! Driving into the meandering Morsel river region is just a breath taking view. Such green lushness ever again spotted with sporadic little cosy villages shed protection over the signature vegetation - the vineyards. The heritage vineyards exude their charm as if to say, welcome all to the wine 'Shangrila' of the Morsel River. 

Beilstein:

Lipmann Haus. Choice of Lipmann at Haus, Apartment, Vineyards - it would have been quite appropriate to name the village Lipmann Village. With the throng of tourists overpowering the number of locals, the kaleidoscope life is a unique influx.
